Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and digital content access sold by Neptuno Dreams LLC.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this policy.

2. No Refunds for Subjective Reasons

All purchases are final.

We do not issue refunds because the content did not match your personal taste, expectations, or opinion of quality.

This includes, without limitation:

• The content was not what you expected
• You did not like the content
• You believe the quality is insufficient
• You changed your mind after purchase
• You no longer want access

This works the same way as a movie ticket: if you do not enjoy the film, the ticket is not refundable.

3. Refunds Only for Verifiable Service Failure

A refund may be issued only when we are unable to deliver the paid service due to a verifiable technical or operational failure on our side.

Qualifying examples:

• Our Telegram channel, group, or access system is closed, suspended, or taken down
• A platform-wide outage prevents subscribers in general from accessing the content
• A confirmed technical failure of our own infrastructure that blocks delivery of the service

If approved, the refund will cover the current monthly subscription period only.

4. What Does Not Qualify

The following are not valid grounds for a refund:

• Claims that you personally cannot view the videos
• Issues limited to one user, one device, one browser, or one internet connection
• Lost passwords, banned personal accounts, or user-side Telegram problems
• Dissatisfaction with the content
• Requests made after the billing period has been consumed

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your case qualifies under Section 3, contact us with:

• The email or account used for the purchase
• The date of payment
• A description of the issue
• Evidence that the problem is general and not limited to your own device or account

We will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.

Requests that do not include enough information may be denied.

6. Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we may cancel access and contest the claim with the payment processor.

A chargeback is not a substitute for a refund request under this policy.

7. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
